One senses a new confidence surrounding Wisk Aero since securing USD450 million funding from Boeing last month. Wisk CEO, Gary Gysin, followed this up with a series of high-profile media interviews, where he explained the company is aiming for certification and commercial flights in 2024 and by 2030 is expecting 14 million annual flights across 20 world cities, attracting up to 40 million customers. “And that’s just a start!” emphasises Wisk.
