Volocopter announced in a LinkedIn post today the signing of an MOU with Konohanaku in Osaka, Japan which the company says takes it “a step toward social acceptance for UAM in one of Japan’s primary transportation hubs”.
The post also says “the possibilities for urban development through eVTOLs here are very promising, especially given the city’s high traveller footfall. Business and leisure visitors alike choose the city for its exceptional potential and Osaka is one of the hubs of future-oriented business”
