When delivering a package by drone always be aware of potential mishaps

This video has gone viral on the Twittersphere, showing a drone cheekily delivering a package to a woman sitting on an apartment balcony.

Just as she stoops down to lift off the dangling packet from the craft, it crashes into her like a swooping seagull.

Is there a moral to this story when defying drone regulations?
