Aura Aero has unveiled the final design of its 19-seater hybrid Electric Regional Aircraft (ERA) in a Linkedin post.
According to the company, the final design comprises eight electric motors (up from the previous six) and changing from a U-Tail to a T-tail configuration. The company has delayed the first from 2024 to 2026 and the entry-into-service from 2027 to 2028.
The aircraft will be certified under Europe Aviation Safety Agency CS-23 classification.
