Florida DOT publishes its AAM network development plan

The Florida Department of Transportation has announced its advanced air mobility network development plan in the form of a map posted on Linkedin.

According to the development plan, the network, supporting the testing, and validation of air taxi, cargo and emergency management AAM user cases, will be developed in two phases. Phase one will see services start along the central Florida I-4 Corridor, followed by Port St Lucie to Miami, then Tampa to Naples and Miami to Key West and finally Pensacola to Tallahassee. Phase two fill focus on services between Daytona Beach and Jacksonville, then Orlando to Lake City and Tampa to Tallahassee and finally Jacksonville to Tallahassee.
