Dr Yahia M. Al-Smadi, Head of Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology at Abu Dhabi Polytechnic, has announced a partnership between the polytechnic and aerospace company Mubadala to develop a personal electric air vehicle.
“Led under the umbrella of Abu Dhabi Polytechnic, this initiative will develop a cutting-edge manned drone platform capable of safe and reliable operation, strengthen the UAE’s role as a leader in autonomous and aerial systems, and create opportunities for collaboration across academia, industry, and government,” said the post.
