Brazil’s Gohobby “starts pre-sales marketing campaign of the EH-216”

Brazilian news sources report that the Brazilian company Gohobby has begun pre-sales of eVTOLs from its partner EHang.

“At an event held at ArenaXP, in São Paulo, the model was presented to authorities, investors and business people,” reports Guarulhosweb. “The expectation is that electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft (eVTOLs) will also facilitate the transport of people in rural areas, especially on short routes, which are currently travelled by car or helicopter. The VTOL is the result of a partnership between a Brazilian company Gohobby and the Chinese company EHang. The first flying car is expected to begin operating within a year.

“Agronomist and aviator Marcelo Sallum, whose family has a farm in Sengés (PR), says that  flying cars will be work tools and will help with internal mobility on the farm and regionally. For him, who is also the owner of the Aeronaves à Venda platform, the technology will benefit agronomists and agricultural technicians who need to serve different properties, shortening distances and avoiding problems on the roads.”
