A new report Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) in Malaysia Industry: Envisioning Future of AAM in Malaysia by Futurise and the Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) suggests AAM will contribute RM70 billion (USD16.4 billion) in new revenue and RM34 billion (USD 8 billion) to the country’s GDP over the next 20 years
The report says the industry could create up to RM14 billion (USD7 billion) in worker salaries, will be in full alignment with the government’s net-zero goals by 2050 through sustainable eVTOL solutions and improve rural access to medical services.
