The Advanced Air Mobility Institute has announced in a LinkedIn post signing a Letter of Intent with Greenport International Airport and Technology Centre to secure a 10,000 sq ft office building next to the GIA airstrip in Austin Texas. Additionally, the Institute says that the premise will include a full acre of land to engage in field research & integration testing with “our growing number of strategic partnerships.”
“Austin has established itself as a hotbed of tech innovation so it makes for an ideal site for the global HQ of our non-profit research center” explained Dan Sloat, JD/MBA MRAeS, Founder & President. “We very much appreciate the visionary leadership of Stephen Carpenter and the Team at Greenport as well as Jeffrey DeCoux, Chairman of the Autonomy Institute. Expect to see some very exciting industry milestones announced within the next 12 months!”
