French vertiport start-up AIRNOVA-VERTIPORT is seeking funding of approximately EUR3 million from investors.
The company is a start-up that for more than four years has been designing a range of innovative drone and eVTOL vertiports.
“As the demand for air transport and cargo continues to increase, we remain committed to developing cutting-edge regional networking solutions that prioritize safety, efficiency and sustainability but also offer environmentally friendly alternatives – and affordable,” said the company in a Linkedin post.
“After having filed a vertiport patent on the roof of an urban building (obtained in France in 2022, with the European extension of the patent in anticipation), we are studying more than twenty potential vertiport sites in France and working in conjunction with the DGAC on the development of an experimental corridor through a consortium of drone and eVTOL mobility players.
