In a Linkedin post BETA Technologies has announced an agreement with e-Smart Logistics the for purchase of up to 20 ALIA CTOL aircraft to support express, e-commerce, medical, and aircraft on the ground logistics across the EU and UAE.
This partnership, signed at the Dubai Air Show, “builds on a big year for BETA aircraft,” said the company. ”From flying the aircraft across the EU this summer to commissioning a certified Charge Cube and Thermal Management System in the UAE this week, we’re demonstrating how electric aviation can integrate into real-world operations on multiple continents. BETA aircraft will help e-Smart deploy cleaner, faster, and more reliable air logistics in two critical regions.”
