The cost of flying one of the two 20km eVTOL air taxi routes during the 2024 Paris Olympics will be around EUR 110, according to ADP Chief Executive Officer Augustin de Romanet, speaking on the Franceinfo news channel on May 16.
According to the Euroday news outlet:
“The big attraction of the Paris Olympics will undoubtedly be the commissioning of flying taxis. “These are small helicopters that will be tested on experimental lines,” he says. “These are devices that will explode in the world from the years 2028 2030. For the Olympics, it will be experimental. We will sell a few thousand tickets at very reasonable prices,” he announces. “It could be around EUR 110“.
