Today, Volocopter announced it “has officially signed a joint venture agreement with our South Korean partner, WP Investment”, and that “this is a key step forward in our journey to launch UAM in the Republic of Korea”.
The post reports that “WP Investment, a private equity investment firm headquartered in Seoul, led Volocopter’s Series E funding round”, and added “Senior representatives from the local government and industry attended the signing ceremony at Lotte Hotel Seoul”.
