UK-based Sora Aviation, developer of the Sora S-1 30-seat eVTOL, has announced two contracts at the show.
The first is with Honeywell Technologies for advanced sensing solutions across the electric propulsion and energy storage systems of the S-1. “Smart sensing is key to unlocking peak performance, operational reliability and certification readiness as we build toward our flying prototype and series production,” said the company in a Linkedin post.
The second is with Toray Advanced Composites to power the airframe and proprotor blades of the S-1.
