The UAM Plaza Accelerator has posted a Linkedin post launching APELEON, “a pioneering startup revolutionising the transport of priority cargo. It has developed electric uncrewed aircraft (UA) designed specifically for cargo transport, featuring a spacious cargo compartment and outstanding cruise performance.
“These innovative aircraft deliver urgent goods fast and efficiently, empowering companies to offer sustainable and affordable priority cargo transport. Moreover, APELEON’s technology opens up new possibilities for people living in hard-to-reach areas to receive essential supplies, thereby addressing critical logistical challenges.
The UAM Plaza Accelerator is a programme co-funded by the EIT Urban Mobility and developed by Toulouse Métropole, Aerospace Valley, CARNET and Ferrovial.
